Privacy Policy — CREATIX

This policy explains what personal information CREATIX collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

Free-trial sign-ups: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and a password you choose (stored only as a secure hash). This creates a free trial account on the CREATIX platform.
Purchases: the phone number linked to your Whish payment, the plan you bought, the amount paid, and a referral code if you used one. Whish handles your payment details; we do not receive your card number.
Your student account: your name, username, contact number, a securely hashed password, and your course activity (lessons completed, progress, certificates, and messages you send in Team Chat).
Technical data: basic security logs such as IP address and device information, used to keep the platform safe.

2. Why we use it

To send you the free lesson and follow up about the course.
To create your account, deliver the course and give support.
To issue certificates and let others verify them (a certificate verification page shows only the certificate ID, recipient name and issue date).
To run referral rewards, prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run CREATIX: Netlify (hosting and data storage), Whish Money (payments), and Meta's WhatsApp Business platform (messages to you). They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe. Student account data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for certificates and legal obligations. We keep regular backups for up to 30 days, so deleted data may remain in a backup for a short time before it expires.

5. Security

We protect the platform with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect your data.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing creatixleb@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. The student platform uses a single session cookie that keeps you logged in.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
