These Terms apply to your use of creatixleb.com and to buying and using the CREATIX AI Course. By buying the course or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CREATIX is a creative studio and course provider based in Lebanon, run by Elio Hanna. You can reach us at creatixleb@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +961 3 504 475.

2. What you are buying

The CREATIX AI Course is a digital course on building AI brand visuals. A purchase gives you access to the course on the CREATIX platform for the plan you chose (Individual, Company online workshop, or Company on-site workshop). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Seat limits and prices are shown at checkout and are final once you pay.

3. Your account

After payment we create a student account for you on the CREATIX platform and send the login details over WhatsApp. You must keep your login private, you may not share it, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the person (or, for company plans, the number of seats) that was paid for. We may limit how many devices can be signed in at once and may suspend an account that is shared or misused.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Whish Money. We never see or store your payment card details. Prices are in US dollars. A referral code, where valid, reduces the price shown at checkout.

5. Using the course

The course content (videos, lessons, files and text) belongs to CREATIX. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and work.
You may not copy, resell, share or publish the course content, or let other people use your access.
The assets you create yourself using the techniques taught are yours to use, subject to the terms of the AI tools you use to make them.

6. Third-party tools

The course teaches third-party AI tools. They are run by other companies under their own terms, prices and availability, and they can change. We do not control them and are not responsible for their results, outages or pricing.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to make the course useful, but we cannot promise any particular result, income or outcome. The course is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

8. Support

Students get support through Team Chat on the platform, and on WhatsApp. We aim to reply promptly but do not promise specific response times.

9. Changes

We may update the course, the site or these Terms. If we change the Terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
